Unofficial swimsuit queen Heidi Klum is fittingly welcoming 52 with an homage to bikini season. Just hours after celebrating her big birthday with family and a very ‘70s-coded psychedelic accessory—whimsical bug-eyed sunglasses that covered half of her face—the swimwear devotee stripped down to a string of barely-there bikinis on Instagram.

Kicking off her swimsuit parade in a microscopic animal-printed string bikini, the former America’s Got Talent judge gave her 12.5 million followers a glimpse at a few of the styles in her Calzedonia swimsuit campaign. Wearing her long blonde hair in a voluminous bombshell blowout with piecey layers, Klum modeled a bright purple balconette bikini with gold hardware, a ruched baby blue set, a multi-colored bikini with a strappy halterneck and a chest cutout, and a rust-colored string swimsuit that put her abs on display.

The SI Swimsuit star—who accentuated her features with smokey eyeshadow, bronzed sculpted skin, and a nude lip—looked ready for summer as she posed by an infinity pool, gazed out at the view from a luxe balcony, and frolicked in the water.

While Klum is partial to a good bikini set (the tinier the better), she’s also down to rock a pair of bikini bottoms sans top or go completely naked. Case in point: to celebrate her 51st birthday a year ago, the model stripped down to her birthday suit and posed topless by the pool in a pair of string bikini bottoms.

Klum previously revealed that she likes to lounge around nude in her home, joking that her kids sometimes have to remind her to put her top on when they’re bringing guests over. “I mean, I try to be like that with my kids. Obviously, when you know, no one is there,” she told Alex Cooper in a 2024 Call Her Daddy interview. “I’m in my garden also, you know, I’m topless. And they will come, like, ‘You know, my friend is coming over, mom, put your top on.’ And I’m like, ‘When have I ever not had a top on when your friend was coming over? Of course, I will.’”
