Heidi Klum has a new trim for the summer. The model, who typically wears her hair in long blond layered waved, debuted the fresh look in an Instagram selfie video. The video begins with a makeup-free Klum pretending to knock on the camera, before the video cuts to reveal Klum—makeup on and a brand new set of choppy bangs, along with some choppy face-frame layers. “Schnipp Schnapp ✂️,” she wrote in the caption of the video.

Klum’s new look serves up some edgy ’70s rocker vibes. But while it may be a big change from her recent long layers, this is hardly her first bangs rodeo. In fact, back in 2021, Klum shared a video of herself cutting her own bangs on Instagram after her husband told her that it was his favorite hairstyle. “This is clearly not a how-to video,” she said as the chaotic video began.

Klum took her new bangs out on June 26 when she paid a visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live. She paired her new look with a pair of brown gradient sunglasses and a a strapless black corset push-up top with a pink rosette swirl detail at the waist. She paired the top with a tiny black miniskirt. She wore her hair stick straight and down.

Klum previously shared some of her haircare routine in an Instagram Q&A, stating, “I wash my hair twice a day. I wash my hair every morning, and I wash my hair every night before I go to bed.”
