Following in Heidi Klum’s Footsteps: Henry Samuel Signs with Modeling Agency
The genes are undoubtedly present: Henry Samuel (19), the eldest son of model Heidi Klum (52) and musician Seal (62), is now taking his first major step toward his own career.
The young man has signed a contract with the prestigious modeling agency Next Management, as announced by the company.
“I grew up with fashion and entertainment, but stepping into this world myself is a completely new experience”, Henry Samuel explains in a statement.
“I’m grateful to Next Management for this opportunity and look forward to learning, growing, and finding my own voice in the industry.”
Runway Debut at Paris Fashion Week
Samuel had his first major appearance at Paris Fashion Week, where he walked the runway for Lena Erziak. This debut appearance was apparently the starting signal for his professional modeling career. Next Management sees great potential in him and wants to support him comprehensively.
“Henry brings a unique presence and creative energy that feels fresh and distinctive”, Josh Otten, US Director of Talent at Next Management, tells “The Hollywood Reporter”. “He’s entering the industry to forge his own path, and at Next, we are committed to supporting him through a 360-degree strategy encompassing fashion, entertainment, and cultural relevance.”
Stepping Out of Parents’ Shadow
The challenge for Henry Samuel lies in emerging from the enormous shadows of his world-famous parents. Mother Heidi Klum is known as an extremely successful model and TV star. Father Seal became a music legend with his hit “Kiss From a Rose”.
However, the 19-year-old seems determined to find his own path. In March, he already graced the cover of “Hunger Magazine” to establish himself as a promising new talent.
Professional Management Secured
In addition to representation by Next Management, Henry Samuel will continue to be managed by Jennifer Love. This dual professional support underscores the young man’s serious ambitions to establish himself permanently in the fashion and entertainment industry.
