Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new accusations of sexual assault from a woman named Ashley Parham.
Parham alleges that Diddy assaulted her as an act of revenge after she implied his involvement in the death of rapper Tupac Shakur.
The legal documents, filed on October 15th in California, outline the events leading up to the alleged assault. According to Parham, the incident began in 2018 when she met a friend of Diddy’s at a bar.
After declining to participate in a video call with Diddy due to her belief that he was connected to Tupac’s death, she claims she became a target.
Parham describes an unsettling encounter a month later, when Diddy unexpectedly appeared at the friend’s home she was visiting. Allegedly, Diddy approached her with a knife, threatening her for her previous remarks. The situation escalated, with Parham accusing Diddy of violently assaulting her while holding her life at his mercy. She also claims that she was assaulted by multiple accomplices, leaving her unable to move or escape. When she tried to flee, Diddy allegedly blocked her way and attempted to bribe her, suggesting the assault was consensual.
Parham reported the incident to the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office, accusing Diddy and his associates of gang rape. However, she claims no action was taken by law enforcement, despite further hospital visits and a second report to local police. In her lawsuit, Parham is seeking justice for the crimes of assault, sexual abuse, false imprisonment, and kidnapping, demanding a jury trial.
This latest lawsuit marks a continuation of over 10 legal cases filed against Diddy in the past year, accusing him of various forms of sexual assault and misconduct. While Diddy has consistently denied all allegations, he has yet to respond to this latest claim.
