Heidi Klum Gives First Hints About Her Halloween Costume
Fall is approaching, and with it comes Halloween. Heidi Klum (52) has now given a small preview of her new costume that she’s preparing for her annual party in New York. The 52-year-old wrote on an Instagram video: ‘Halloween is just around the corner.’ The clip shows Klum being instructed by a man, who appears to be makeup artist Michael Marino, to bite down on what looks like a molding paper. This could indicate that artificial teeth will be part of her Halloween transformation.
Heidi Klum will likely give her 12.5 million followers more hints about her costume in the coming weeks, without revealing too much. What she’ll be for Halloween traditionally isn’t revealed until her big celebrity party. She held her first Halloween party in New York City back in 2000.
Heidi Klum Is the Queen of Halloween
For years, she has made headlines with her elaborate and extraordinary costumes. At her spooky parties, she has appeared as a cyborg, peacock, werewolf, butterfly, cartoon character Jessica Rabbit, and a giant worm, among others. Last year, she appeared in an E.T. couple’s Halloween costume alongside her husband Tom Kaulitz (36).
Heidi Klum had already revealed initial details about this year’s transformation in August. On ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,’ she told host Fallon (50), according to ‘E! News’, that this year’s costume will be ‘extra ugly and super scary.’ She has been ‘working hard’ on it for months.
Most recently, Heidi Klum made headlines not in a spooky outfit but in an evening gown. Together with daughter Leni Klum (21), she made an elegant appearance at the Venice Film Festival. The mother-daughter duo appeared at the ‘La Grazia’ premiere in coordinated corset dresses.
