Boris Becker enjoyed a low-key boat ride with his new girlfriend Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro on the Spanish island of Formentera on Saturday.

The tennis ace, 52, joined a group of tourists for the sunny excursion, with Lillian opting for a pair of stylish denim cut-off shorts and a tight red vest.

Boris and Lillian joined a group of others heading onto the speed boat as they continued to enjoy their sunny Spanish break.

Boris cut a casual figure in a navy blue polo shirt and rolled-up jeans as he headed onto the beach with girlfriend Lillian.

Meanwhile Lillian highlighted her trim physique in a red vest and denim cut-off shorts as she headed onto the speedboat.

Prior to dating Lilian, Boris was dating model Yoana Montero, and was also thought to be involved with model Layla Powell, 32, when he liked a series of her Instagram snaps in 2019.

The former Wimbledon champion split from model Lilly Becker, 43, the mother of his son, in 2018 after a 13-year relationship and nine years of marriage.

It’s understood that Boris is in the ‘final stages’ of divorcing his estranged wife Lilly after the couple announced their split two years ago.

In May 2019, the pair reached an agreement after becoming embroiled in divorce court proceedings.

Lilly reflected on 2018 after parting ways from her husband of nine years during an interview with Günther Jauch on Germany’s RTL.

She admitted the couple will never rekindle their relationship, insisting: ‘It’s really over between us. 2018 was the worst time of my 42 years. He so grossly disappointed me.’

Speaking on the negative effects of being in the limelight, she went on: ‘What makes it so bad is that everything is happening in public now. But I married a public man, maybe it’s part of it.’

‘Unfortunately, [a reunion wouldn’t] not work anymore. Too much has happened. I do not want to, he does not, and that’s fine. It’s really over between us.’
