In a throwback interview with Esquire, Pitt had explained how close and comfortable he was with Aniston.

He said they were so comfortable that there was nothing they had to hide from each other. According to the actor, their

allowed them to be themselves, even joking that they could “fart and eat ice cream in bed.” He fondly described Aniston as “brilliant.”
